ギフトショップ流れ星 は、石塑粘土で制作した作品を中心に取り扱っているちいさなお店です。
一つ一つ手作業で制作しております。基本的に型などを使わずに一から作り上げるため、全てが一点ものになります。

✩︎‧₊定型外郵便
定形外郵便は追跡、補償はございませんのでご了承ください。送料は全国一律390円です。
追跡、補償をご希望の場合は、商品一覧より「簡易書留」をカートにお入れください。商品により梱包の厚みの関係上、ポストに投函されないためお手数ですがお受取をお願いいたします。
また、定形外郵便のため日時指定のご要望にはお応えできませんので、予めご了承いただければ幸いです。

個人で制作、梱包、発送をしておりますので、発送まで少々お時間をいただく場合があります。
土日祝日を挟む場合には、到着に通常よりもお時間がかかる場合があります。
ご入金から通常10日以内に発送いたします。

ご注文確定後のキャンセルや、お客様の都合による返品・返金は受け付けておりません。
もし住所を入力する際に誤りがある場合、商品が届かない恐れがあります。その場合もキャンセルや返金等できかねますので、ご注意ください。

✩︎‧₊耐水性のニスを使用し、できる限り防水対策を施しておりますが、市販品よりどうしても作りが甘い場合や、個体差が生じる場合がございます。
✩︎‧₊色褪せ防止のため長時間日光に当てないようにお願いいたします。

✩︎‧₊無理な力を加えることも、塗装が剥がれたり破損の原因となりますのでお控えください。

✩︎‧₊破損しないようにプチプチで包むなど十分配慮して発送しますが、万が一作品の一部が外れておりましたら、お手数ですがボンド等で接着をお願いいたします。

✩︎‧₊細心の注意を払っておりますが、一つ一つ手作業のため、まれに小さなチリ等が入ることがございますのでご了承ください。
✩︎‧₊当店では布のリボンを扱う際、ほつれ止め液で端を処理しています。このほつれ止め液は、消毒用アルコール(エタノール)に触れますと落ちてしまいますので、ご注意ください。
✩︎‧₊お使いのモニターにより、写真の色味が多少異なる場合がございます。

Gift Shop “Nagareboshi (Shooting Star)” is a tiny place full of handmade treasures crafted mainly from stone powder clay.

Every piece is carefully shaped by hand from scratch (no molds!), so each one is completely unique—just like a little star of its own.

Please note that standard mail does not include tracking or insurance.

Shipping fee: ¥390 flat rate nationwide.

If you wish to have tracking and compensation, please add “簡易書留 (Registered Mail Add-on)” from the product list to your cart.

Depending on the thickness of the package, it may not fit in your mailbox, so please kindly receive it directly when delivered.

As this is standard mail, date and time delivery requests cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

All items are handmade, packed, and shipped individually, so shipping may take a little extra time.

Please note that if weekends or holidays are included, delivery may take longer than usual.

Orders are typically shipped within 10 days after payment is confirmed.

•We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once your order is confirmed.

•Please double-check your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in lost packages, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

✩︎‧₊ Each piece is coated with water-resistant varnish for durability, but please note that handmade items may not be as strong as mass-produced products. We recommend keeping them indoors on rainy days.

✩︎‧₊ To prevent color fading, please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

✩︎‧₊ Applying strong force may cause paint peeling or breakage. Please handle with care.

✩︎‧₊ Items are carefully packed with bubble wrap, but if a part becomes detached during transit, kindly reattach it with glue.

✩︎‧₊ Since every piece is handmade, tiny specks or imperfections may occasionally occur.

✩︎‧₊ For ribbon items, the edges are sealed with fray-stop liquid. Please note that this coating may come off if exposed to alcohol (ethanol).

✩︎‧₊ Depending on your monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different from the actual item.
